Rupert, VT, 6 color reduction block print

Vermont in October, on a warm, clear day when the sky is an unbelievable blue and the foliage seems to be glowing, is best viewed while riding a bicycle on the D&H Rail Trail, in my opinion. And this particular bit of that route, just north of Rupert, is straight out of a New England postcard with the quintessential gleaming white church backed by the glorious mountainside ablaze in autumn's finest colors. Such was the scene as I captured it on my phone and that I attempted to capture in this print.

This is a 6 color reduction block print with cut paper elements. The image measures 4.5" x 10.5" on paper measuring 8.5" x 13". To learn about the reduction method of block printing, head over to the printmaking section. You'll see why once an edition is finished it can never be printed again.

This is a very limited edition of only 15 that I created for our top tier Patreon subscribers, who each get an original reduction print every year. Each one is signed, numbered, and titled and will ship in archival, clear packaging supported by stiff backing.
