Golden Oriole IPA is one of the beers brewed at award winning Red Clover Ale Co. and it’s also the bird I carved for their commissioned can label! Now it’s also available as a print, part of a very limited edition of 10 color reduction prints.

These prints were created in the old world method of reduction block printing, in which each color is achieved by carving away more of the single linoleum block. It’s then printed directly atop the previous color ink, meaning each additional color must line up perfectly. The more colors, the more chance for misprints and mistakes. Once an edition is completed it can never be printed again since most of the block has been carved away (reduced).

Details: This print approximately 6.5" in diameter. It was hand printed in oil based Caligo inks on heavyweight BFK Rives paper and is signed, titled, and numbered and ready to frame. Limited edition of just 8 prints.
