I've been creating little woodland sprites based on the flora and fauna of the woodlands I'm surrounded by. Burl wears a little acorn cap, Birch a hat made of white birch bark, and Burr sports a beech nut husk on his head. Here they are sharing the forest's autumnal bounty with the chipmunk family who lives in the old mossy stump in the back yard. This is a giclée print of my original watercolor and ink illustration. 9"x11" on heavy paper.
